DESCRIPTION

Clivati 1969's Autumn Cake is the perfect choice to satisfy any sweet tooth, featuring a chocolate sponge cake base filled with delicious marron glacé and Chantilly cream. Furthermore, thanks to its combination of flavors, it's also an excellent dessert to round off a special dinner.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, sugar, eggs, potato starch, low-fat cocoa powder, whole milk, rice starch, cream, marron glacé, gianduia chocolate (sugar, hazelnut paste, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin, pure vanilla extract), dark chocolate 64% (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa paste, emulsifiers E 322 (soy), low-fat cocoa powder, water, glucose, vanilla.

For the syrup: water, sugar, Bourbon vanilla.
