DESCRIPTION

This line of delicacies was created with the tradition of Martesana Milano in mind. Each cookie has its own story and is a tribute to the pastry shop's customers, who have become friends over the years. The selection includes the "Chocolate Galletta" with dark cocoa and salt, the "Coffee Streusel", the "Diamante" with vanilla and ginger, and the "Bosco" with an infusion of berries and almonds.

  • COFFEE MARTESANOTTI: Butter, Almond flour, Soft wheat flour type “00”, Sugar, Ground roasted coffee, Pasteurized shelled egg whites from free-range farms of origin: Italy, Salt.
  • MARTESANOTTI WITH GINGER: Soft wheat flour type “00”, Butter, Sugar, Ginger preparation 12% (ginger, sugar, glucose syrup), Pasteurized shelled egg yolk from free-range farms of origin: Italy, Salt, Natural vanilla extract.
  • MARTESANOTTI WITH RED BERRIES: Soft wheat flour type “00”, Butter, Sugar, Almonds, Corn flour, Red berry flavoured preparation 3% (glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, strawberries 15%, raspberries 5%, acidifier: citric acid, gelling agent: pectin, flavourings.
