DESCRIPTION

The most melodious cocoa symphony features hazelnuts and almonds dancing between layers of soft cocoa rice flour sponge cake, a cornflake brittle, Jivara 40% milk chocolate, a crunchy almond and hazelnut praline, a hazelnut Bavarian cream with a caramel base and chocolate shavings, and a Manjari 64% single-origin dark chocolate mousse from Madagascar. Crunchy, creamy, soft, and enveloping.
