A sweet tribute to the city of Reggio Calabria, birthplace of the famous bergamot, the star of this creation. The Gioia Reggina cake (20 cm in diameter, making 10 servings) is made with a pistachio and bergamot whipped shortcrust pastry, enclosing a soft mandarin and bergamot cake, topped with a mango and bergamot jelly.
