DESCRIPTION
“Gianduia” is a type of chocolate mixture created in Turin in 1806 by ingenious chocolatiers who, during the Napoleonic blockade, replaced the now very expensive cocoa with the Tonda Gentile hazelnut from the Langhe.
The Great Classics , available in four creations, represent the ultimate expression of the classic nature of some excellent raw materials: from the Sicilian pistachio Feudo San Biagio, to the Noto almond, to the Piedmont hazelnut, as well as the extra dark version based on 85% Colombian single-origin chocolate.
Enrico Rizzi's Symphonies are sometimes inspired by "classic" combinations, such as the pairing of almonds and candied citrus, but always add a personal touch. In other cases, however, they combine seemingly distant and unusual, if not unique, ingredients, such as caramel, cocoa beans, and Maldon salt.
