DESCRIPTION

A tart for 6 people featuring a red shortcrust pastry with almond flour and Amalfi lemon zest, a strawberry compote, a raw almond amaretto biscuit, and a Tahitian vanilla suprema. Topping it all off: sliced strawberries and elegant shards of edible gold.
