DESCRIPTION

A 6-serving cake featuring Emmanuel biscuits for a crumbly and fragrant base, a creamy mousse with 66% hazelnut praline, and an apricot and passion fruit compote. Topping it all off is a shimmering caramel glaze, with gold and bronze accents evoking the elegant movement of waves.
