DESCRIPTION

6 servings cake, or rather, a journey into Maya culture through the 75% dark chocolate Tulakalum mousse, the delicious double caramel cream, and the two layers of biscuit made with cocoa flour and Ispica sesame. On top, a meditation wine jelly elegantly supports the decorations in chocolate and edible pure silver.
