DESCRIPTION

Three layers of fragrant, crumbly caramelized puff pastry with a custard rich in two varieties of vanilla (Madagascar and Tahitian), vanilla Chantilly cream, and juicy raspberries. A triumph of aromas and flavors sure to captivate even the most refined palates.

Ingredients
  • Puff pastry with CREAM: WHEAT flour type 00, BUTTER (82% fat), water, CREAM (35% fat), salt.
  • Custard: whole MILK, pasteurized EGG yolks, granulated sugar, glucose syrup (starch sugar, water), CREAM (35% fat), rice starch, pectin x58, salt, Madagascar vanilla, Tahitian vanilla.
  • Brillo Sugar: mix of sugars (dextrose, glucose, sugar, cocoa butter).
  • Dark chocolate: cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifiers: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla extract.
