Known as scorzone, it has a light, aromatic and mushroom scent and a pleasant, delicate taste. The hooked black truffle, compared to the scorzone, has a more intense aroma and recalls the scent of dried fruit and cheese.
• Fine black truffle cream 25g. The fresh prized black truffle is the rarest of the black truffles. The Cream is a concentrate of fine black truffles handcrafted with the best fresh truffles selected by MGM Alimentari.
  Made up of 89% fine black truffles, this tube is the perfect substitute for fresh truffles.
• Egg pasta with truffle 250g. Egg tagliolini with black truffle with a delicate flavour. Combine them with fresh truffles or our truffle creams to create an unforgettable dish.
• Truffle sauce 90g. Ready-made truffle sauce, based on black summer truffle and mushrooms.
• Stainless steel truffle slicer. The stainless steel truffle slicer is the perfect tool for cutting fresh truffles into thin slices. The regulator allows you to vary the thickness from 0.2 to 3mm. Made by Sanelli Ambrogio in Italy
