Particularly fresh botanicals give a curiously aromatic touch to this distillate. The inspiration comes from “zenèiver,” the ancient name for juniper, whose berries are used for digestive, purifying, anti-inflammatory, and balsamic purposes, as well as for creating Gin.
In this London Dry, herbs and essences such as mint, as well as sage and rosemary, are recognized, prominently bringing forth typical notes reminiscent of mountain valleys. A Gin with an alcohol content of 42 degrees, which “speaks of Italy,” allowing one to deeply inhale the aromas that characterize it, making it suitable for tasting neat or for careful mixing.
