DESCRIPTION

Melodica cake, 6 portions, dedicated to the childhood memories of Chef & Maître Pâtissier Gianluca Fusto. It is characterized by the toasted note of Napoleon polenta flour, the hazelnut from Cortemilia, and the roasted fondant disc of four apples.
