DESCRIPTION

Melodica Cake, 6 servings, dedicated to the childhood memories of Chef & Maître Pâtissier Gianluca Fusto. It features the toasted notes of Napoleonic polenta flour, Cortemilia hazelnuts, and a dark roasted disc of four apples.
