The Milanese Panettone tradition meets the Sicilian one: a dark chocolate glaze with chopped pistachios encases a rich-tasting dough. It comes with Martesana's pistachio spreadable cream.
Ingredients
Dough 95%: Soft WHEAT flour type "00", BUTTER 16% (milk origin: EU countries), Sugar, MILK Chocolate 8% (32% cocoa min.-sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla powder), Water, Shelled, pasteurized EGG yolk, from barn-reared hens of Italian origin, Natural yeast (contains WHEAT), PISTACHIOS 4%, Acacia honey, Natural extracts of: vanilla, lemon, orange and tangerine, Salt. Decoration 5%: PISTACHIOS 50%, Dark chocolate 30% (cocoa 55%, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifier: SOY lecithin), Gianduja cream 20% (sugar, vegetable oils-sunflower, safflower, shea, cocoa powder, HAZELNUT puree, skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, flavourings).
